    Expectations of Campers:
    Campers should be:
    Toilet trained and able to use the toilet without assistance.
    Able to stay with their assigned group with minimum reminders.
    Able to explore the natural world and move themselves along trails, over uneven ground, up and down hills, and across bridges and streams.
    Able to interact with their peers in group games and activities and maintain appropriate self-control in social situations.

    By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that my child(ren) and I and other members of my household may be exposed to, or infected by COVID-19 by attending the Parks program, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the Parks program may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, Parks employees, volunteers, and program participants and their families. I understand that, based on the inherent natures of children and children’s activities, it is likely impossible to prevent all potential sources of transmission of COVID-19 despite all reasonable efforts of the Parks.

    I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my child(ren), myself, or members of my household including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my child(ren) or members of my household may experience or incur in connection with my child(ren)’s attendance at the Parks program. On my behalf, and on behalf of my child(ren) and members of my household, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Parks, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from any and all claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto as a result of my child(ren)’s attendance at the Parks program. I understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Parks, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any Parks program.
    -I am 18 years or older
    -I hereby release and save harmless the Cincinnati Board of Park Commissioners and its employees from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or other claims arising out of this camp and its program.
    -In the event I cannot be reached in an emergency, I hereby give permission to the medical personnel selected by the camp director to administer treatment, including hospitalization, for my child as named above.
    -I give permission for my child to be photographed and for his/her picture to be used without identification or compensation in Park publications.
    -Camp fees are non-refundable and cannot be reduced for partial attendance. If a registered child cannot attend, you can transfer your spot to another child only by calling 321-6208 x11. We will need a completed registration/medical form for the new child.
    -In the event that a camp session is either cancelled or postponed, Cincinnati Parks will make every effort to contact every patron via e-mail, time permitting. While we regret the inconvenience caused by these circumstances, Cincinnati Parks cannot be held responsible for any cost or damage such postponement or cancellation may incur. All patrons purchasing from Cincinnati Parks must do so in the light of the above limitations.
    -Refunds on reservations purchased for a cancellation or postponement by the Parks only, are at the discretion of Camp coordinators. In all instances when a reservation is refunded, only the cost of the ticket is refunded, not the administrative fee.
