Stephenson Sisters’ Scholarship- APPLY HERE

This need-based scholarship opportunity has been made possible by the Cincinnati Parks Foundation and by generous public donors. The Stephenson Sisters’ Scholarship Fund scholarship covers 80% of the cost of attending the camp. Camp spots are held for scholarship applicants and are given out on a rolling basis as funds allow.             CAMPER EXPECTATIONS

            To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, campers are expected to:

            • Be toilet trained and able to use the toilet without assistance.
            • Stay with their assigned group with minimal reminders.
            • Be able to explore and move along natural terrain including unpaved trails, hills, and bridges. 
            • Engage appropriately in group activities and maintain self-control in social settings.

            CAMPER GROUP REQUEST

            We will do our best to accommodate friend requests, provided that the friends are in the same age or grade level. Please note that while we try to honor these requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

            This primary phone will be the first number called or texted for health, weather or other camp updates. 








            TERMS AND CONDITIONS

            -I am 18 years or older
            -I hereby release and save harmless the Cincinnati Board of Park Commissioners and its employees from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or other claims arising out of this camp and its program.
            -In the event I cannot be reached in an emergency, I hereby give permission to the medical personnel selected by the camp director to administer treatment, including hospitalization, for my child as named above.
            -I give permission for my child to be photographed and for his/her picture to be used without identification or compensation in Park publications.
            -Camp fees are non-refundable and cannot be reduced for partial attendance. If a registered child cannot attend, you can DONATE your spot by calling 513-321-6208 . We will provide you with a donation letter.
            -In the event that a camp session is either cancelled or postponed, Cincinnati Parks will make every effort to contact every patron via e-mail, time permitting. While we regret the inconvenience caused by these circumstances, Cincinnati Parks cannot be held responsible for any cost or damage such postponement or cancellation may incur. All patrons purchasing from Cincinnati Parks must do so in the light of the above limitations.




            SCHOLARSHIP DONATION REQUEST

            Last year the Cincinnati Park Foundation's Stephenson's Sisters Scholarship awarded 53 financial aid scholarships to Cincinnati families. These funds come from generous donors like you. $120 dollars is enough to cover one scholarship.
